By engaging with Nuance Systems ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nuance Systems provides website building and related services as outlined in our proposals or agreements. Our goal is to deliver high-quality websites tailored to your needs.

3. Completion Time

We commit to a completion time of one week from the start date, provided that you respond to our requests for information, feedback, and approval in a timely manner. Delays in your responses may extend the completion time beyond one week.

4. No Refunds

All payments made to Nuance Systems are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that we can allocate our resources effectively and provide the best service possible. Once payment is made, it is considered non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery and quality of service, you agree to:

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the project timeline and may not be grounds for refunds or other compensation.

6. Revisions and Changes

Requests for revisions or changes after the project has commenced will be accommodated within the scope of the initial agreement. Significant changes or additional work may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and its associated content. Nuance Systems retains the right to showcase the project as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nuance Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services provided.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement if the Client fails to comply with these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued service is not feasible. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuance Systems operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
