How Revisions Work:

  • You can submit unlimited revision requests each month.

  • All requests must be submitted through our official support ticket system below:

  • Revisions are typically completed within 2–3 business days.

✅ What’s Included :

The following types of updates are included in your monthly plan:

  • Updating your phone number, email address, or business address

  • Changing your business hours

  • Swapping out photos or graphics (must be provided by you)

  • Adjusting colors (buttons, text, backgrounds)

  • Replacing or updating links

  • Reordering existing sections on a page

What’s NOT Included:

The following changes fall outside the scope of your included revisions:

  • Rewriting or rewording text unless correcting a typo or factual error

  • Full redesigns or layout overhauls

  • Adding new pages or major new sections

  • Installing new features, custom code, or integrations

  • Changing your business model, industry, or niche

  • Any request requiring a complete restructure or rebuild of your site

Important Reminders:

  • Requests must be clear and specificwe can’t accept vague feedback like “make this look better.”

  • You’re welcome to ask if a request qualifies before submitting it!

  • If you submit a revision that doesn’t meet the guidelines, we’ll notify you and provide options.
